  1. I’m so happy that I somehow came across your videos. This is a fantastic video and I can’t wait to give it a shot!

  2. I wish you wouldn’t carve that upside down V ‘coastal margin’ out of her chest. A lot of artists draw it and I don’t see it like that on real girls, especially as you have her hunching a tad rather than arching her back. Your method is sound, but that just bothers me.

  3. I’ve been drawing for about 3 weeks now and I do not need any references to do standing poses, or faces! .. but I get murdered by foreshortened poses <3 and I feel like I'm cheating if I look at references.. guess that's kinda silly, huh?

  4. I love how you callthese “mini” figures…these are closer to my NORMAL sized figures…they’re awesome though..thanks for the video…

  5. Hey man gr8 work on this vid but anyway when are the DVDs coming out and how much will they cost? By the way I think you are a superb artist and I hope to be just like you

  6. Hi matt. I hope its alright but i kinda copied your drawing.
i took a pencil and paper and drew same pic as you did following the video for practice.
i am only 14 years old. not that good well im good for my age. im pretty good and the picture turned out almost exactly like yours <3 except for the right leg it turned out bad :/
but i hope its alright, i wont claim that its mine or anything but i just wanted pratice.

  8. @brenttaylordotus Are you f**king kidding me? Youtube will remove a video simply for showing uncovered breasts, in an artistic context?
This applies only to photos and not paintings, yes?

  9. @KwonBoArocks He is quite good. I’m a seasoned professional, and can already draw about as well as anyone you’d care to name, but even I pick up a trick or two in watching these videos (and no, he’s not a friend of mine or something).

  10. @Fibratu Prismacolor Kol-erase.
    *chuckle*
By this point he probably feels like stabbing someone in the eye every time that question is put to him afresh. He should have the words “It’s a fucking Prismacolor Kol-erase, OK??!!” flash across the screen for the first thirty seconds of each video.
I must admit I was one of the more recent offenders. XD

  11. @matthew39arch Leafblower guy? Long Island you say? Should be easy enough (if you’ve got the money) to find some guy named Vince to, you know, “take care of ‘im”.
